Agent Wolfe sat in the fifties era kitchen chair, her partner towering behind her. The kitchen was like a time capsule of post-war Americana. Somebody watched too many episodes of I Love Lucy, she thought. The rest of the house was normal, a hodgepodge of late twentieth century furnishings, with an odd antique here and there.
Congratulations to Voni Ryan and Bob Freeman, with their novels Absentminded and Descendant (respectively) placing in the top ten of their categories in the P&E Reader Poll!

The award graphics have been posted to our awards page.
Congratulations to the rest of us as well, while we didn’t place in the top ten of our categories – we were on the lists. I think we did not bad for our first year!
