Feel free to contact us in regards to review copies and interviews with our authors or staff. Please understand that we will need to have some form of indication as to where you will be publishing your review or interview, and only verified members of the press will be sent print review materials. All others may be sent electronic review materials, at our discretion.

Orders
Orders through Belfire are processed Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Orders through Amazon and Createspace are processed by those companies on their terms. We can only provide customer service for orders through our site.
Orders that haven’t been received within six weeks of purchase (to allow for Customs and postal speed), please contact Customer Service.
Pre-orders/title reservations are fulfilled on or within 5 days of release. Payment requests are sent via Paypal in most cases, and must be completed within 5 days. Orders that have not received payment after two notices will be cancelled.
Wholesale
We encourage wholesale orders from small and large booksellers. Our terms are 50% discount pre-paid, shipping (on purchase and returns) paid by customer, undamaged returns only within 90 days of receipt, minimum of 2 books per order (single title) or 5 books per order (multi-title)-free shipping for purchase only of 10 titles or more (any return shipping paid by customer).
Consignment orders will only be arranged for approved and verified book signings, and at our discretion.

Payments
We currently accept credit cards and echecks through Paypal, and will accept cheques and money orders through the post, or direct wire transfers to our account.
Orders will not be processed until the funds have cleared our bank, which generally takes 14 days for secured checks and bank money orders and 30 days for personal checks. Postal money orders (Western Union, etc.) have no hold.

Shipping
All orders are drop-shipped from our printer, unless it is a special edition (limited edition, hardcover, or signed). We have averaged the shipping charges on various order sizes, and have used those numbers in creating our catalogue.
Bulk or wholesale orders will be charged actual shipping costs via invoice.
Orders through us should be received within a week to two weeks of processing, however we wait six weeks before following the paper trail, simply to allow for postal delivery speed and Customs (if necessary).
We quote economy shipping. If you wish standard or express rates, you must contact us before making payment.

Privacy Policy
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it, and this is restricted to email address, paypal ID, and mailing address.
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services (ie: you’ve requested to be placed on the contact list for a specific title).
We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, protect our rights or if a third party delivery system is requested.
Advertising
Belfire and Needfire titles have some empty space in several forthcoming novels, anthologies and collections. To that end, we are offering the following to begin with New Bedlam: Town Archives.
