Contact us in regards to review copies and interviews with our authors or staff. Please understand that we will need to have some form of indication as to where you will be publishing your review or interview. At this time, we have a small trusted list we send print copies to; all others are free to request electronic copies.

Wholesale

We encourage wholesale orders from small and large booksellers.

Our terms:

  • 50% discount, pre-paid
  • Shipping on purchase and returns paid by purchaser
  • Undamaged returns only, within 90 days of receipt
  • Minimum order 2 books, single title
  • Minimum order 5 books, multi-title
  • We are no longer offering free shipping
  • As of 04/01/2013 all wholesale orders are processed directly through Createspace, using a discount code provided by Belfire Press.
  • Consignment orders will only be arranged for authors, or approved and verified book signings, and at our discretion.
  • Returns are sent to us, rather than Createspace.

    Shipping

    All prize packages, review materials and awards consideration materials are drop-shipped from our printer. Packages should be received within one to two weeks of shipment.

    Packages that haven’t been received within six weeks of notification (to allow for Customs and postal speed), please contact Customer Service. If our delivery source says the package has been delivered successfully we are no longer responsible for it, and will not re-ship.

    Privacy Policy

    We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it, and this is restricted to email address, paypal ID, and mailing address.

    We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services (ie: you’ve requested to be placed on the contact list for a specific title).

    We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, protect our rights or if a third party delivery system is requested.

    Advertising

    Belfire, The New Bedlam Project and Needfire titles have some empty space in several forthcoming novels, anthologies and collections. All advertisers also receive banner space (3 different sizes to choose from) on our websites, in rotation. The advertising sold here goes towards supporting The New Bedlam Project.

    One time, permanent:
    Full page spot at $25
    Half-page spot at $15

    Multiple spots, permanent:
    3 full page spots for $60
    3 half-page spots for $35

    6 full page spots for $100
    6 half-page spots for $65

    Ads must either be plain text or adhere to the following specs:
    Full page – B&W 300dpi 4″x6″ .png or .psd formats only
    Half-page – B&W 300dpi 4″x3″ .png or .psd formats only
